Wikipedia: Gag order in United States Gag orders can be part of a settlement agreement between two parties. In the state of Pennsylvania in 2011, a lifetime gag order on the discussion of fracking was agreed to by a family as part of their agreement with the oil and gas drilling company Range Resources. An attorney for Range Resources claimed in court that the gag order covered not only the adults in the family, but also the children, then aged seven and ten years old, and that the company … [Read more...] about The awful unlawfulness of it all

Source video:http://new.livestream.com/accounts/43597/events/3843118] 19:32 Moderator Logan Hill: And disconnection, by the way is the process where members— well maybe Mike. You might be a good person to describe the disconnection process. 19:41 MR: Ah, yeah. The theory of it is a little different than the practice. The theory is a relatively simple theory. It is that— and this is why, another part of the sort of trap. The belief is, “Look if … [Read more...] about Response to Rinder re Disconnection
Shelton apology announcement
[Chris Shelton:] Dear Gerry, You have permission to publish those emails only so long as you also publish the following quoted response on your blog as my final response in this matter. Thank you. And I cheer for them over that. And you are right, they have most likely shared much with the Feds we do not yet know. Perhaps we will know soon, or more likely, eventually. But even given that, I am not aware that they have publicly stepped up to a thorough self examination and admission of the harm they caused in their … [Read more...] about About Rathbun and Rinder talking to the FBI or going to the Feds
Secret Lives interview (1997)
This interview was in Vancouver, BC in 1997. I had left the US earlier that year when I had discovered online a piece of what the Scientologists filed to get their 1993 IRS tax exemption, which included black PR on me. I’ve written about this a number of times. Recently Caroline and I have assembled materials that show that the US Federal Government conspired with the Scientologists to violate public policy in the process of the grant of tax exemption.[1. See, e.g., the … [Read more...] about Secret Lives interview (1997)
