Attorney Wilson argued briefly, and Judge Duryee ruled that her
tentative ruling stands.

Ruling here:

Wilson asked the judge to rule on the cult’s motion to strike my
declaration in support of my opposition. I asked for time to oppose
the motion in writing and she gave me a week.
