Dear Sir/Madam:
The purpose of this letter is to correct the FD 302 Report of November 4, 1985 prepared by your office, a copy of which is attached hereto and provided for your reference.
Par. 2: I have been in the United States, except for Portland, Oregon. I have not resided in Vancouver, B.C. since 1970.
Par. 3: Change “C” organization to “Sea Organization.”
Par. 4: Add to the final sentence: “that he knew to be a representative of COS.”
Par. 5: The lawsuit was brought by COS in August 1982. My function regarding the biography to be done of L. Ron Hubbard was researcher. The biography was to be written by Omar V. Garrison. The counterclaim was not tried in 1984. COS’s suit against me was. The trial ended June 8, 1984 and the decision was issued by the Court on June 20, 1984. The counterclaim is scheduled for trial in September 1986.
Please insure that all agencies or files which received the orginal report of 11/4/85 are forwarded a copy of these corrections.
