Aiding and Abetting Fair Game — 2014

I’m posting three email exchanges I had with Steve Cannane prior to the publication of his book Fair Game. These demonstrate certain relevant facts: he had my contact information;  we were communicating; I had provided detailed, accurate, useful data; and he knew this to be true because he sought my data and credited it in his emails. This thread from early 2014, which concerns L. Ron Hubbard’s “pinks & greys” letter to Mary Sue Hubbard, started when Cannane emailed Jon Atack. On 29 Jan … [Read more...] about Aiding and Abetting Fair Game — 2014

Letter to Alex Gibney on the IRS deal, public policy, and calling out Rathbun and Rinder

March 6, 2015 Alex Gibney Chelsea Pictures 33 Bond Street Unit 1 New York, NY 10012 By e-mail: Re: Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief Dear Mr. Gibney: In the recent televised interviews or discussions about Going Clear, you and Lawrence Wright called out Scientologist celebrities Tom Cruise and John Travolta to get Scientology head David Miscavige to answer his accusers for his actions. From the TimesTalks discussion: LW: And the reason we're calling out Cruise … [Read more...] about Letter to Alex Gibney on the IRS deal, public policy, and calling out Rathbun and Rinder

Secret Lives interview (1997)

This interview was in Vancouver, BC in 1997. I had left the US earlier that year when I had discovered online a piece of what the Scientologists filed to get their 1993 IRS tax exemption, which included black PR on me. I’ve written about this a number of times.   Recently Caroline and I have assembled materials that show that the US Federal Government conspired with the Scientologists to violate public policy in the process of the grant of tax exemption.[1. See, e.g., the … [Read more...] about Secret Lives interview (1997)

Russell Miller and me

DamOTclese2 commented on Tony O’s blog:  Of primary importance -- for me, any way -- is what Gerry thinks about all this. We all have opinions about wrongs that Scientology people have committed against others, and I would love to hear Gerry comment on the re-release of BFM as well as what he thinks about Marty apologizing and underscoring his efforts in committing rights violations against people who spoke the truth about what Scientology is and what Scientology does. I have tremendous … [Read more...] about Russell Miller and me

The Suppressive Person Doctrine On Trial: Opening Statement by Gerry Armstrong

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RPPjOSFKok Earlier this month, I proposed to Marty Mark Rathbun to debate him about statements he had made about me, which I knew to be erroneous, in his recently published book Memoirs of a Scientology Warrior. Before we settled on specific statements that concerned my personal history, it was decided to first address the transpersonal issue of the Scientologists’ Suppressive Person doctrine, or SP doctrine, which affects and has damaged so many people’s … [Read more...] about The Suppressive Person Doctrine On Trial: Opening Statement by Gerry Armstrong

Application for Debt Ceiling Removal Job

July 28, 2011 President Barack Obama The White House Dear President Obama: I have a solution for the debt ceiling crisis, plus the debt crisis underlying it, and the debt underlying that, and actually a number of related societal crises, and I’m writing to offer my help. I made much the same offer to President Clinton and President George. H.W. Bush, although not at the point of a debt ceiling crisis. The solution remains the same, and in this debt ceiling crisis it provides a clear … [Read more...] about Application for Debt Ceiling Removal Job
