I have not received the summary judgment motion that you stated on August 29 you would e-mail to me.
I have not received the hard copy of that motion that you stated you would file that day.
I have not received a copy of the Court’s order of August 29 that Judge Duryee ordered be served on me.
I have not even received your Case Management Conference Statement that you stated was mailed to me on August 22.
Does your cult client pay you more to not serve documents than to serve them? Nice job.
